We’re going back to Reefton on 13th – 15th Oct
This year’s Twizel trip will be 16th – 19th Nov.
We have managed to secure Ollie Bassett, who is a member of the New Zealand Fly Fishing Team to come along to the club on 1st Oct to give a one day seminar on Euro Nymphing. This is one event not to miss he will also be our guest speaker at the club night on 3rd October

In 2022 Ollie represented NZ at the World Fly Fishing champs in Spain and placed 11th individually. Off the water, Ollie is a student studying for a Masters of Science in Ecology and Biodiversity at the University of Waikato

Everyone is welcome and the club encourages people with little or no experience to come along to club activities and learn from other members. The club is also privileged to have some of the most experienced and geared up fly fishers in NZ, active members who are only too happy to share valuable information
